Tifni Schlundt is our Transaction Coordinator and truly, a behind-the-scenes superhero. From the moment a client goes under contract, Tifni steps in to guide them through the most complex part of the real estate journey with grace, clarity and next level organization.

She ensures every client knows exactly what to expect, providing clear timelines, helpful reminders and support at every step from contract to close. Most people don’t realize how much happens behind the scenes but Tifni does. She keeps everything running smoothly, manages every moving part and makes sure our clients get to the closing table with confidence and peace of mind.

Listing Coordinator

Ann Marcum is our Listing Coordinator and the go-to expert for keeping the listing process streamlined, proactive and tailored to each seller’s needs . She began her professional career in fundraising on the West Coast, Los Angeles, to be exact, and happily found her way into real estate, where she discovered a perfect fit for her skills, energy and passion for helping people.

Ann ensures our sellers are fully informed and prepared from day one. From pre-listing paperwork to pre-marketing strategy, all the way through to listing day, Ann is there to make sure every detail is handled and every client feels confident and supported.

Gus is the heart and (furry) face of the team! A proud rescue and full-time big baby, Gus may not be the hardest worker in the office but he more than makes up for it with charm, cuddles and tail wags.
